Submitting a request does not automatically secure your booking. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, discuss arrangements, and communicate any applicable payment requirements. Your booking is confirmed only after we provide confirmation.
Prices and payment arrangements will be communicated before your booking or rental is confirmed. Any deposit, balance, or payment deadline agreed upon with our team must be met to secure the service. Please retain your payment confirmation for reference.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible using the contact details below. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Any applicable cancellation charges, deposit deductions, or refunds will depend on the terms communicated and agreed upon when your booking is confirmed. If Ice Plunge Nigeria must cancel or reschedule a service, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative or applicable refund.
Please arrive at the agreed time for your session. Late arrival may reduce your available session time if another booking follows yours. If you expect to be late, contact our team as soon as possible.
Cold-water immersion may carry health risks and is not suitable for everyone. Participants must follow the instructions provided by our team, communicate relevant health concerns before participating, and stop the session if they feel unwell. If you are uncertain about your suitability for cold-water immersion, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
We are committed to maintaining appropriate hygiene practices for our ice-plunge sessions and equipment. Participants are expected to follow the hygiene instructions provided by our team. For rented tubs, customers must follow the setup, cleaning, and care instructions communicated for their rental.
Rental duration, delivery or collection arrangements, fees, and return conditions will be agreed upon before the rental is confirmed. Customers must use the tub responsibly, follow the instructions provided, and take reasonable care of the equipment. Loss or damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges, subject to the agreed rental terms and applicable law.
Corporate sessions, private events, group bookings, and other special arrangements may require separate confirmation of the schedule, location, participant numbers, equipment, and payment terms. Please contact us early so we can discuss your requirements.
